THE YOUNGER YOU ARE, THE BETTER IT IS!! AS WE AGE OUR SKIN LOSES *ELASTICITY*!!(YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR SKIN STRETCHES AND POPS BACK LIKE A RUBBER BAND!) ALSO YOU HAVE TO DO *A LOT* OF EXERCISE!
AND LOSE THE WEIGHT (VERY) SLOWLY!! THIS IS ANOTHER THING I NOTICED THAT NO ONE MENTIONED THE TIMELINE IN WHICH THEY LOST A WEEK 3 MONTHS 10 POUNDS 5 MONTHS 8 POUNDS, ETC! AND I'M ALSO WONDERING ABOUT THEIR *HEIGHT*, 🤔THAT'S *NEVER* MENTIONED!
