He is using a kit that has different tools inside that will turn the tumblers of a lock & unlock it. he stoops down often to get another of the tools. if it were his own house, his own keys would be in his hand. Somebody in the house saw the video doorbell cam, probably called police, went out the back door and is watching the guy work! Hope the police get there soon and that they come in quiet and dark! every time he moves squats & stands back up, the security inside is saying "someone is at your front door!" Mine is a RING System and I love it. There are many brands. A hint for others--to back up my key lock I have a metal bar thing that fits under the inside doorknob and even if the lock does get unlocked, he's not going to move the door.
