i have done mushrooms before once and i had a terrible time i felt a constant uncontrollable noise in my head i could not control what i thought about everything was terrifying i got home mid trip and my brother who came to the door sounded like a monster was coming to answer the door so understandably i was terrified and i came inside and went in my room layed in my bed and tried everything in my power to sleep which i could not
