prison meat is the same as it is on the outside it's no different and the food is always freshly prepared by trusting offenders even the breads and I don't know about the cheese in different prisons but where I was it came in waxed and round and it was better than any cheese I've ever had out here today everything there is good and items to purchase on canteen are much cheaper than if you were in a county jail cause that there is mystery food straight up!!..
