They know who is renting and if the person is on welfare and Section 8 too. They will turn you in if it seems like a man is living there. One even got my neighbor's mail with her man's name on it and turned it in to social services. They know who has new car. It takes real effort to find and mind someone elses business on a regular basis.

I have no issues with white folks just Karen’s and kens, I’ve seen black n Hispanic Karen and kens too, otherwise we can get along without the race card. Be neighborly and helpful to those in our community

where I live at we have people of all skin tones even right here on my block and you know what we help each other but we don't bother each other we have a great neighborhood and I love my neighbors they are there for me even though I don't need them but they still keep an eye on my house I live by myself and that's basically all I need is someone to help keep an eye on me keep me safe
