I seasoned the chicken and dropped my chicken in right after the flour I didn’t stir the flour in the grease I just let it cook and it worked

I thought you made a mistake putting the flour in the oil and not on the chicken until I watched it again If he was Asian I’m sure he didn’t use all of your seasonings. Try it again the seasoning might made it break. Frying it with no seasoning and none of the flour or maybe some seasoning but still no flour you may like
hear me out, don't toss the oil. while it's hot, mix cornstarch and water until liquidy. poor into the hot oil, let it fry a couple of minutes. the stuff in the oil will go to the bottom of the pan, and you can scoop it up and throw it away. you will have nice clean oil left, just like brand new

all you do is dirty the oil and made it harder to hold temps. logically, adding flour and spices to the oil directly like that would burn up whatever it is you're throwing in there. it's not like pouring heated oils over spices.... it's putting spices into a deep fryer. DO NOT DO THAT.
He is using a wok and he didn’t use as much oil as you did. And let me tell you something those seasonings that you were using are deadly. Lots of terrible ingredients in all of them. Iodine salt. Let’s eat healthy and live longer sista.
