Yep, simple. He has a fake thumb. Maybe two fake thumbs so that they match. But if you look at his thumb on his left hand, it seems longer than average. Notice how he keeps his left hand always closed? Because that's where the fake thumb is. So then he sticks his real thumb in there the fake filled with sugar attaches. I heard somewhere that manic is just slight of the hands. We are so caught up in watching the other stuff made to distract us that we don't see the obviously. So next time when you watch a majic trick, look everywhere else but where they want you to look. It might take 41 times to finally see it.
