I can’t not rember what it is called but when forces are applied it is soild when no forces applied it is liquid
it is a liquid but turns solid if anything hits its surface roughly

Oobleck is a liquid made of cornstarch and water so when pressure is added it acts a quick sand slowly sinking the item sand when you try to get out it acts as a solid sticking you in and if you poured it on a descending slope than it would flow down like water. Short answer is its a liquid.
