That’s actually great recoil control and not bad on the reload nothing necessarily unsafe here he used both hands he’s practice a QuickDraw we did these in the military only difference is we hold it upright at the hip he just happed to turn it sideways shooters preference really
this technique can be used in an emergency situation where immediate/ quick, life preserving action/ suppression fire is needed to stall out your attackers and give yourself time to retreat, followed by a reload and aimed, targeted action.
