it's real, it's just subsonic ammo. So unless you're shooting at a naked person it's kinda worthless since the stopping power is about enough to knock out a squirrel.

personally I like 357mag, you just can't go wrong with, 357 still a good round I don't care what anyone says, I'm not really a gun person, I own some and know how to use them if I have to, I hope to never have to shoot anyone but if forced I could do it no problem, even in self defense you have a lot of questions from the police, one wrong answer and you can end up locked up with a bunch of homosexuals, that's enough to keep me in check and only use as a last option,

the hanging paper targets never move. fake as heck. That is a barrel plug, so you can test fire to check for auto operation. The noise someone said they heard, was the empty cartridges hitting the floor.
It's a little quieter than my AR-15, almost the same configuration. The only thing is can't unload the whole 60 round clip without it getting red hot. 28 rounds is the max. 👍
Glock 44 is a 22 caliber. so it not going to have a heavy recoil. If it was a glock 22 (40 cal), now that would be impressive
