I would love to have some of them beautiful onions. People are a bit amused when I tell them that ONIONS are my FAVORITE vegetable, and I am being honest about it too. I just love onions from raw to any type of cooked or prepared except for boiled because they are just too mushy for me that way.🥹🧅🫶🏾💯
I saw that big onion and I immediately thought of an onion and dill pickle sandwich on white bread with mustard. When I was young I used to eat those all the time. Once you get a little older you realize that onion breath is not cool.😱

Oh yes, you can use onion in it. Dice small and microwave it first in a little butter before you add it to the potatoes.

My favorite lunch as a child was pork n beans and sauerkraut right out of the cans, a raw onion and tall glass cold milk. My mom always bought a lot of groceries but this was my favorite meal.
