They live off the land. They use roots and herbs as medicine. There is no artifical colorings, fillers, preservers and anything else, just plain food and or spouts, eggs that have not been pasturized, milk that has not been processed. Many of the Chineese citizens don't have refrigerators so their food is fresh almost daily!
and skinny as hell cause they don't eat I like my food
IM JAPANESE MY MOTHER DUED AT 87 I AM 65. I SYFFER FROM 3 TYPES IF ARTHRITIS. I STILL WANT TO LIVE BUT THE FOID IS NIT AS I WISH. FISH I LIVED OFF THE LAND IN ALASKA. I NEVER HAD TO BUT KING SALMON. OR MEAT. WE FISHED AND HUNT . THEN I MOVED TO WASHINGTON TACOMA. WOW!!! SHOCKING. I HATE HAVING TO BUY KING SALMON. ITS HARD TO FIND. I'M GOING BACK HOME.
The average lifespan in China is 77 years. Average life expectancy in the US is 79. Japan has the highest average that live to be 100.
They live for one hundred years, because that's the amount of time God/Jesus has allowed them to live.
Very healthy eating!!!!!
oh, they never eat anything but sprouted food. is every video all BS? they all live 100 years because they know Kung fu. everyone knows this
But that’s real buying food that doesn’t have no taste whatsoever. That’s why they’re so little and small and feminine.
False information
What about Sumoe wrestler.

😲
most sprouts are edible and tasty , I like alfalfa sprouts in a salad.
they don't live long because of this that's absurd
I like good Chinese food
AWESOME 👍👍👍
Sprouts are good for you
The Chinese live longer due to their generally higher economic being (read: wealthier), thus being able to afford better quality food, nutrition, housing, medicine and medical care
Bean sprouts taste like bad water! 👎
I like my fatty foods
Why don’t you go to live in china!?
who cares
Stop
It’s not worth living to 100 if you had that garbage.
I suspect it takes longer than 1 nightmare them to sprout like that.
they eat any animal with chilisauce😂
dang most people in china live to be 100, thats crazy. In the US its only like 76 years.
