They live off the land. They use roots and herbs as medicine. There is no artifical colorings, fillers, preservers and anything else, just plain food and or spouts, eggs that have not been pasturized, milk that has not been processed. Many of the Chineese citizens don't have refrigerators so their food is fresh almost daily!
The average lifespan in China is 77 years. Average life expectancy in the US is 79. Japan has the highest average that live to be 100.

The Chinese live longer due to their generally higher economic being (read: wealthier), thus being able to afford better quality food, nutrition, housing, medicine and medical care
