Such a beautiful moment, finally smelling her person after I’m assuming feeling literally so confused due to her deafness and blindness. Touch and smell were her only ways to understand. Having had a deaf English bulldog and a blind Frenchie I have seen both wonderful moments and was amazed at how well they adapted. I taught my deaf, rescued puppy mill mama English and taught her some sign language ( dad was a dog trainer and had a deaf weenie dog so I had a bit of knowledge and a lot of dad in dog training mode, explaining how dogs are and how easy it gets. You just have to watch them, like see how they react, behaviors, and love, give lovins and talk to them, even if you think they don’t hear, they feel energies and obviously smells and they know the ones they love and love back, they need us to guide them. This one hear has missed her person and immediately knew it was them. You can hear her excitement but you can feelshe can finally be secure and relaxed . My heart feels good. ❤️
