they needed to take it into the Marina habitat place for help cuz it looks like something's wrong with its job outside of the barnacles maybe it's broke or something and it can't submerge because it can't hold oxygen as you can tell it was gasping up in the air for more air and it's child and close it was flapping they should have pulled it aboard the boat and took it in for real medical help
