it's scary how many ppl just have a complete disregard for the world around them and are saying just let the dog go. many of them have no idea what the dog is running to, a human, a child or another dog. but yeah just let the dog go, then if its ab emergency im sure you'll be able to get the dog u can't even control out of harms way.
