That should be illegal …should be considered form of psychological child abuse!!!! and in some states it is!! Seriously doing permanent mental damage and psychological trauma to a toddler not for the toddlers pleasure and fun, but totally because the adults want to act like they are little kids and get a chuckle out of it!!!
