No no no when I let someone in 90% of the time they pick up there phone i hate the people that just slows down and the person on your right or left with blinker on just sits there with phone in there hand I will not let them in or if you are in traffic and see signs merge left or right but they speed up BUT SEE SIGNS A MIL AWAY I will also NOT LET YOU IN do it the right way or stay in that dead lane
