I'm fortunate as a disabled veteran who served in 3 combat zones that the VA provided me with my own personal scooter. I was disgusted every time going to Walmart and attempting to use their shopping scooters. They were either occupied by persons not needing them or they were OUT OF ORDER due to the many abuses given to them. That guy should have his own HEAVY DUTY SCOOTER. And don't tell me that he can't afford one. if he is disabled due to his weight he will qualify for Medicare or Medical to provide him one. and if he has a personal scooter and refuses to transport it or unload it to go shopping then he is disrespectful and LAZY. I have TWO legs damaged in combat and I slowly maneuver myself to load and unload my scooter and leave the store scooters available for those in need
