I have always said here in America we needed nap time in high school instead of kindergarten. Little kids never want to nap but high schoolers always do. It's probably bc teens are going thru massive hormonal changes which can wear u down. So I wonder if high schoolers would do better in class plus not be so angry if they got to take midday naps during school. 🤔

I Remember so, so many times in school, when I was really, really tired. But if I remember correctly, I think being tired was because I was just Bored out of my ass. Not necessarily cause I was worn out from playing at recess or anything, but because of Boredom. The Teachers need to really be more interesting, or they totally lose the attention of their students. The Students minds then, start to wander, getting distracted.. Teachers can be so damn Boring. It's the Teachers responsibility to get their students attention, & motivate them, by making Learning Fun.
