yall this is Patty Mayo he started on YouTube making videos, he isn't a cop, he isn't a bail enforcement agent, deputy, or anything official, he makes videos for entertainment. you'll see him wearing 20 different uniforms in his videos because he is I. the entertainment business. it's not real, nothing he does is official and yes, it is legal for him to do it BUT it has to be on private property, hence why it's always a parking lot or a private residence.
