All of you that say they should have come the legal way ~ my daughter moved to Mexico two weeks ago. We have waited at 17 years for her immigration. Documentation and Immigration keeps screwing up. It started with The government first of all when my daughter was on my I 94 which was my legal entrance to the US when I brought a business over to the US and 800 jobs. After 911 they took all minors off of I 94’s and made us have to get their own documentation and that is where the nightmares began. I can’t even begin to tell you over a dozen delays and mistakes and judges mistakes where he puts my daughter in deportation removal proceedings because an attorney changed the court date without telling us so don’t tell me they should come the legal way cause you have no idea about their story just like my story I am married to a US citizen. Her father had every right to sponsor her to come over here legally and we came over legally to begin with and it’s your government that screws up.
