Here we go! That looks like a classic Brazilian Churrasco barbecue service, and specifically, they are serving a cut of meat called Picanha (sirloin cap). The most popular star of Brazilian barbecue is Picanha. It is easily recognized by its C-shape on the skewer and the thick layer of fat on the outside that renders down to flavor the meat. I would smash this on so many levels. Yes, with all the plastic and metals, because we all have been eating plastic since we were kids. LOL. Most of us sucked on rubber nipples when we were babies until they changed it to "PLASTIC." Name a food or drink people buy today that's not in plastic 馃
