Halibut is really good eating. We caught our limit on a trip to Alaska & brought a ton home plus we ate a ton of it while in Alaska. My favorite is grilled but you can fry it too. Very solid like steak, very while, & no strong fish taste. Amazingly good.
yeah that's been my problem the whole life every time I catch a fish it's bigger than what I can put in the boat I wish somebody else had that trouble
