The Stinger has been removed. And the fact that it is all shriveled up, It must be DEAD. I have seen many Stingray and they are beautiful and smooth, not a wrinkle anywhere. That guy would be dead approaching a live stingray like that.

we were in Peru and watched them throw nets out and bring them back in and they would catch all kinds of fish and yes, unfortunately, sting rays. they definitely keep every bit of what they catch... even sting raysπ²
