I can understand why dad didn't panic. Buddy had a life vest on. However, WATER FAMILIARITY, SAFETY, & SWIMMING LESSONS are definitely overdue.

Not only that dad made sure that the kid not only had a life jacket on but did nobody else see the tether the boy was tethered to the boat he was not going to float far away or anything like that the dad did not have to put the boat in reverse he however grab the tether which pulled the void right backwards to the boat and up into the boat amazing parenting it was an act something like that where everyone panicked including myself which is why I still do this day I am scared to death of water and I was not even five years old when it happened and I am in my late 40s so
