the men was not trying to go after the cop yes he is resisting arrest but the cop should not have to use that forces for that at all now if the guy put hand on him in a bad way then yes he should defend himself but this is not right

The fact he is also using the cuffs as brass knuckles is crazy they coulda did worse than what they did. The way these cops nowadays abuses power is so scary
the officer needs to be retrained or fired . The man was not violent he was trying to ask questions and was repeatedly punched by the officer using the cuffs to do so, extreme measures for no good reason, thats a lawsuit in the making . some officers need to do better
