Boxing and wrestling benefits shorter people, muay thai, and kickboxing benefits taller people. Don't ever fight someone in their expertise. For example, when Floyd Mayweather fought against Connor McGregor, he only won because it was just boxing only and not mma. If it was mma, Conor would have obviously won (and Mayweather knew that).
