This seems like a possible set up between the camera man and younger guy. looks like they aggrivated the older guy so much to make him approach them...the younger dudes fists were up before the camera even started. and the younger guy signaled the camera guy almost as if "now turn on the camera".... also each time the older guy turned his head younger coward was looking for an opertunity to strike. sometimes its hard to ignore instigation , taunts esp when your stuck at work with the person and no way to leave the situation without consequence. but still 62 shouldnt have swung first...if he even did
