To the people who claimed "self-defense," just know that the front wheels were already turning to the right and not straightforward. She was aiming to go to the right through the space between the road and that truck/car door. And plus, if she really wanted to run him over, she wouldn't have turned the wheel, nor would she have driven at 7-10 MPH.
