The first time I watched this video, it had a whole story about the woman doing the beating catching her husband's mistress in their marital bed, she then beat her again in the hallway while trying to get her out of her house. She tried to rip her clothes off in the process to embarrass her.

My 1st guess would be a friend has been playing with the tamale of another and the bigger woman went to this friends house and was giving her real mistress/cheater treatment.
