That was in Florida, they say he threw both weapons over the fence but when he grab the second one the officer opened fire, which was a clear lie. He had already threw both over the fence and started running away. That dude opened fire cause he lost that fight.

The suspect chose to sling the gun instead of tey to use it AND he could have grabbed it when he got up. He never meant to kill him. I don't think he should have been shot unless he had already killed someone
