I trained Judo over 12 years until about 5 years ago. This is why I refuse to fight unless my life depends on it. Unless you also train, there's no way you'll get away without being severely injured. Yes, I can control how you fall and how hard. The problem is fights are sloppy and in dire situations, that control isn't always there.
