Maybe if the cops didn’t have their hands tied about the way they have to treat these thugs they would have gotten their man. But policy makes them have to ask, are you having a bad day and can you please put your hand behind your back a hundred times before they can even use their tasers!

Well being retired from the profession, I have to admit I'm embarrassed for all three of these officers. That was pathetic. No shots would be justified. I don't even believe a taser was needed. Just good old fashioned takedown techniques. This guy should've been easily taken control of by a single, well trained officer. Its obvious that these officers were inexperienced in fighting techniques. send all of them back to the academy for some serious training in hand to hand combat fighting. Any street cop should be proficient in fighting. Most of us learned this growing up, or in the military. We've now raised whole generation of young people who don't even now how to take a punch and still fight back. That's what causes officers and suspects to sustain serious injuries or death. That's not acceptable!
