Right before he bumped him and got in his face that’s why the guy got his pepper spray out. He didn’t pull his gun out. He pulled his pepper spray out then he had to pull his gun out way to go dude good for you. Protect yourself at all cost

Perfectly lawful, he tried to use non-lethal force. The guy chased him down, had him on the ground. So he pulled his lethal force out and tried to shoot him. I’m assuming he missed.
