The head of the jail system in this state and the Warden of this prison has lost control of this lock up system. Too many online posts from this prison when cellphone are actually illegal to possess by staff or inmates while inside of a prison. My plea to staff is do your freaking job! My plea to the governor/mayor is fire the person in charge of the lock up system.
