It actually does take training to calmly take someone down that's twice ur size in 5 secs and have him sleep in less than 3 secs, if that was a "normal" move everyone could do, then why do we rarely see this happen in any of the videos on this app alone. dude even gently pat his head like he was play fighting a friend and not someone who harassed and tried to hurt him. training gives them the restraint to not fully murder someone coz their mad but eliminate the threat with the least damage as possible. using discipline and good moral character. the dude could have truly fucked that big guy up out of malice but his training shows his true character in being humane. it's takes a lot of training for the smaller guy not to want to hurt him solely for picking a fight with him. I grew up with a dad who taught martial arts in our dojo.
