bear spray is considered a chemical agent...it's in a different category than pepper spray....a chemical agent is similar to tear gas...it can stop breathing and some of its effects can be possibly fatal depending on certain unknown medical conditions...dont think the charge is worth it because it is not...you can be charged for anybody and everybody in an area of the spray...
