Funny the comments here but have no clue what actually was taking place. Yea it was RACIAL by the end but not in the beginning. That security guard was in the wrong with a power trip and did not follow proper security procedures. Those civilians where protecting their personal property along with others and any person's that happened to be in the water at that time. The first few that got there to defend security was other security and employees of the Harriot that loads and unloads at those docs. That's what started everything was the placement of the civilian's vessels. That particular day security didn't and wasn't going to follow his proper procedures of his company all because of the power trip. The civilians where under the influence of alcohol and also got hot headed because of being threatened. Which is another reason the security should have followed protocol. Everyone else joined in just to join in with no clue.
