That was just poor training on the part of the two cops and the whole police department. First, they’ve got two women together. Secondly, she dropped the cuffs instead of stepping back and using her mace. Those two have no problem solving skills.

Regardless of the issue, we really don’t know if the officer hit her first or not bc the camera wasn’t on that part of the first hit…that’s assault of an officer and they’re gonna to called the actions of the officer justified in this incident…I seen this happen plenty of times here in Philly. This youth is off the chains down here to the point even us as adults have to unfortunately scoop down to the level of these minors bc of how ruthless and careless they have towards authorities and their elders…they’re literally attacking the Elderly too for whatever reason…it’s sad and dangerous in my option with the gun violence, and the times the youth sadly have to go through unguided
