here's some tips from someone that spent 6 months doing fight club in jail, every Friday and I was only 19 or 20. don't ever slam because it usually ends worse than you plan for either your opponent or yourself. repeat over and over in your head to cover your face and aim for the chin, and accept that youre gonna get hit. I usually lean in to them and close the distance because it surprises them and they aren't ready to deal a close range punch
