I was a tall lean kid with really fast hands but I was straight up n down so bigger kids knew I could out box them so they would use their body weight so I started curling and doing military work outs I was curling 145 by 9th grade. the calesthinics made me so strong my max was 205lb bench pressing I got my lower body really strong because your strength comes from your lower body. so I added strength and balance to my speed I started folding everyone I wrestled I handled guys that were 100lbs heavier..... I am 44 today and still got the same workout regimen if u take care of your body over the years it'll take care of u
