This is why I will stay retired,not only did he make those comments but he swung on the teacher first, trying to look tough for his friends. I'd definitely be jailed if any student of mine put their hands on me. Teachers are not protected from the abuse and the students know so they do stuff then people scream "he's a minor you can't hit children".

These kids are out of control and social media encouragement ain’t helping. Schools need to go back to order. Strict dress code, no cell phones, bullying and foul language is a suspension
if a child initiated violence it's on him. The kid wasn't backing down. Teacher did not use excessive force. I support this guy. I have 2 boys and if they started a physical fight with a teacher and this happened with them, I would buy the teacher lunch, apologize, and thank him.
