In late 1995, just outside my job, I confronted a guy who was both verbally and physically harassing a female coworker of mine. He tried to swing at me and I ended up picking him up like this guy. The difference was, I slammed him on the ground on his head and upper torso . He suffered a cracked skull, dislocated right shoulder, broken clavicle and a severe concussion. The responding police officers were able to view the surveillance video of the incident and I suffered no legal consequences. The other guy was taken to the hospital for treatment and arrested for several outstanding warrants and his attempted assault on me and my coworker.
