This New Jersey Transit Bus driver lost his temper and fought a passenger on his bus after the passenger requested to fight in the road. The driver threatened to knock the passenger out and then told his other passengers to get back. The driver then swung at the man he was arguing with, put him in a choke hold and started punching him repeatedly as he held him down.

Driver needs anger management skills. It was excessive. The patron was extremely disrespectful and had no manners. The driver was right to stand his ground in respect however, he's an idiot! The driver's actions were excessive and it wasn't worth making this disrespectful young man having money in his pocket from suing the bus company, you losing a job, and going to jail for battery and assault charges. smh A state job MTA wages, DOT retirement, NYSHIP inst & benefits, Union job gone for what?
