An LA man honored by the City Council for posting ICE raids on social media has been charged with assaulting federal officers.Carlitos Ricardo Parias, 44, allegedly ignored commands during an arrest, driving his car into law enforcement vehicles. An agent fired, injuring Parias in the elbow and a deputy marshal in the hand.
