Bone marrow is great. I like it best roasted on an open flame and spread on a bit of toast. Other than delicious bone marrow is rich in collagen, glucosamine, and chondroitin, which are key components for maintaining the strength and elasticity of cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and they are great for your skin. Its also very high in Iron, Zinc, and Ammino Acids. A great addition to anyone's diet who can afford the high cholesterol content.
