the crab:
it's a soft shell crab, after molting their body is soft and edible, most people fry it,typically in a sandwich,most common used are blue crab. we used to go "crabbing" in the summer at my gma's for blue crab and the marina near her house had a crab house where you could watch them molt. though I think I'll pass on the crab cracker, I think the grill grossed me out more than the cracker🤢
