Back in the days nearly every neighbors that live in the rural area had smoke houses where we smoked our meats, this isn't something new, the only problem is the younger heads are to lazy to preserve food, they depends on the market to feed them and the problem with that if the markets died out they also would die out because they wouldn't know how to survive 🤔🤔😆😆
