WATERMELON POPSICLE 🍉 Ingredients (~4): 2 cups watermelon cubed 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved ¼ cup coconut milk (full fat) plus 2 tbsp 2 kiwi Directions: Place watermelon in blender. Blend lightly then strain out seeds but keep the pulp. Add strawberries with the (deseeded) watermelon and blend again. Fill popsicle mold 3/4 full and freeze completely. Once frozen, add a thin layer of full fat coconut milk and freeze again. Peel kiwis, add a splash of coconut milk and sweetener of choice
