If it's fish you caught yourself, toss ALL of it, don't feed it to your pets! Try a differant fishing spot or species next time.

normal... still gross but normal. they are works called anisakis nematodes and they are very common in fresh seafood. it's harmless just make sure to cook at the right temp. I think 145 degrees for salmon
